Background: Gerard Kierans, also known as G, was born in SW London, England.

Fun Fact: G’s favorite career moment is talking one to one with his Hair Hero, Vidal Sassoon about their shared love and lifetime dedication to Chelsea Football Club.
G came to the USA from Graham Webb International in London England to head up the Advanced Education program at Th Graham Webb International Academy in Washington DC.
Having worked and managed salons for Graham Webb in London, G was instrumental in growing the Education programs for the Graham Webb Product line and its salons and held the position of International Creative Director for many years.
More recently G worked as the Artistic Director for Surface Hair working alongside industry icon Wayne Grund, and with the amazing Surface Artistic team.
He has traveled to Europe, Asia, South America, coaching hairdressers and doing Major Hair Shows. He has worked on creating collections and educational videos and loves to share the fact that he has cut hair in every one of the United States.
G still considers himself a student of the craft and has created the Training Programs here at Carnaby St.
